Anthony Salvadore is the Global Health and Safety Manager at Ingersoll Rand. He joined Ingersoll Rand in March 2014, and he is based at their headquarters location in Davidson, NC. His responsibilities are a balance of strategic planning towards acheiving world class health and safety performance, as well as tactical support around program development, compliance audits, and training at sites. Injury prevention is Anthony's key focus, and his efforts center around people, process and system improvements.

Anthony has 28 years of EHS experience in a variety of roles in manufacturing, consulting, and field service operations. His responsiblities have grown from site EHS leadership roles, regional leadership for sites and services, EHS Director of global P&L's, and multiple global Health and Safety leadeship roles at corporate levels.

Anthony is a native of Vermont, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont. His education was focused on biology and chemistry, and he's completed additional advanced training in industrial hygiene. He resides in Mooresville, NC with his wife and daughter.
