Tom is a career EHS professional, whose early career focused on different technical aspects of EHS, including industrial hygiene, risk management, regulatory critical competency management, security, personal and process safety. This foundation has supported him as his role evolved into various leadership roles in the Athabasca oil basin, near east and offshore north sea. He has a passion for improvement and has focused his interest in recent years in the adoption of technology to drive improved EHS results and markedly lower cost at the same time.
